Valley View Golf Carts is a family owned and operated business that was very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased my first golf cart from them, and the process was smooth. From quick communication, making sure we had what we needed without being pushy, and the overall honesty and trustworthiness of everyone involved was tremendous. When the cart was delivered, the gentleman took the time to make sure I knew how to operate it, amd even helped connect my phone and set up Android Auto for me. If you are looking for a used or new golf cart, this is the place to go!

We had a wonderful experience with Valley View Golf Cart! After trying several local options with little luck and disappointing customer service, I found them online while searching for help after our golf cart stopped running. At our campground, having a golf cart is essential because of the limited parking at the boat dock.
We did not have access to a truck or trailer and were trying to figure out how to transport or replace our cart. From the moment I reached out, Dillon was incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process. He arranged delivery of our new golf cart at a very reasonable price and even picked up our trade-in despite us being over 100 miles away. He also went above and beyond by handling everything after hours.
This was one of the best customer service experiences we have had in a very long time. The professionalism, communication, and willingness to help truly stood out. We will absolutely be recommending them to everyone at our campground!

Valley view carts is the best cart dealer around. I bought one last October from them and wasn’t sure how much we would use it. Well we went and upgraded and I searched a few other dealers but you cannot beat the friendly service and quality carts. Dillon, Kory and Dillon Jr are excellent to deal with. No sense in looking anywhere else except here.

Kory was right on it. Showed me multiple golf carts that would suite my needs. Answer many questions even came in today Saturday 5-23-26 on day they are closed to finish the sale. Then my grandson picked out another he liked them Kory had to adjust for that he didn’t seem but anything but happy to help. Great deal and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend.

Despite the holiday, Dillon took the time to meet me after hours due to my work schedule. Who does that anymore these days? He was knowledgeable, gave me pros and cons to the units I was considering for my needs. I purchased some aftermarket accessories. He offered to come to my residence and install them once the holiday break was over since he graciously gave his employees off time to spend with their families. Great experience!

I got a super deal in a golf cart from Valley View and Dillon Sr and Dillon Jr were very helpful in the buying process. Had a few questions after the purchase and they were available to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or quality used cart.

I had the pleasure of working with Dillon and Dillon Jr., both who were extremely pleasant, honest, and helpful in answering all my questions ahead of time. Their shop was clean and the work was done in a timely manner for a very reasonable cost. Sending my brother-in-law to them and referring them to anyone who needs a cart or service. They came highly recommended to me but a club car representative who said he only recommends them for battery conversions. Now I know why, thanks for the help Dillon and Valley View golf carts!

Kory and the entire staff were great to work with. Laid back and not pushy, but had the answers or suggestions/recommendations to all questions. Highly suggest these guys over anyone else I talked to about purchasing a golf cart. They are up there with the best in the business.

Bought the 2025 Nomad XL after finding it online. Kory in the Sales department was great. He fully answered all of our questions and made recommendations for our final purchase. It was just delivered today by Dylan who provided a great orientation. The vehicle is great; especially up and down our steep asphalt path to/from the dock. Lots of power and the 4 wheel braking is fantastic. Love this vehicle!! Thank you Valley View.

Just purchased a 2025 Denago Rover XL from Valley View. Left a message late on Friday afternoon and had a call back from Kory within minutes, and was connected with Dillon who walked us through the very straightforward financing process. We met Dillon on Saturday morning and he took great care of us through the sales process as well. Valley View delivered our cart (about an hour away) on Monday afternoon after installing canopy and underglow lighting for us.
When we experienced a very minor issue with the cart, they picked it up, performed the minor repair, and delivered it back to us within a 4-hour timeframe.
Exceptional customer care and service. Excellent product. We could not be happier with our purchase and the experience. This is our second cart from Valley View and we highly recommend them.

Kory and the guys at Valley View Golf Carts are great! If you need a new or used cart this is the place to go. Kory was professional and very knowledgable about all the carts they had on property. He wasn’t trying to push a sale on me and told me I could take my time and test drive any cart on the lot. Kory made sure I got the best price on our new cart. Made the purchase very relaxing and easy from my standpoint. The customer service I received from Valley View was top notch…. Delivery of our new cart was next day!!!
